Creating Abundance - The Law of Attraction
October 1, 2010 on 3:05 pm | In Store News | No CommentsCreating Abundance - The Law of Attraction by David Marshall
We all want to create abundance in our lives and for those who have heard of the law of attraction this is a very common desire. But how do you do that? With the world seemingly going through a financial crisis leading to stress and more worry, manifesting and creating abundance can seem harder than ever. Discover how to create the abundance that you want and deserve by creating the right mind set and using the law of attraction.
The law of attraction is by far the best way to approach creating abundance in your life. Why would you not use the most powerful tool you have, YOU! Here I will outline 5 simple techniques that have brought me success in creating abundance in all areas of my life.
Abundance Strategy 1
Embrace the most basic rule of the law of attraction and conscious creation: ‘you get what you focus on’ : this means that your experience will focus on what you focus on and the more intensely you focus on it, the more intense and real it will be. Focus you attention on ABUNDANCE.
Abundance Strategy 2
Creating an abundance mind set: this is essential to do but what it is and how do you do it? The first you do is focus on the abundance in your life now or any abundance that you can see in reality. The key is to focus and acknowledge it. Secondly begin to praise any aspect of your life that you could call abundant: you need to create a ‘relationship’ with abundance and praising areas of your life is a great way to do that.
Abundance Strategy 3
Get the abundant ‘feeling’ and FOCUS it! Reality responds to beliefs and feelings, beliefs are the ignition and emotions are the fuel: so find a way, anyway to start believing that YOU can be abundant, just use the abundance strategies 1 &2. Once you get the ‘feeling’ of what it will be like to be abundant, take 5 minutes each day to feed that feeling into your life. Imagine that feeling flow into areas that you want to be abundant and allow those feelings to grow; it is like watering a plant. Soon you will feel more abundant, start to believe in your abundance and great things happen from there.
Abundance Strategy 4
Explore your abundance ‘patterns and beliefs’: Take some time to explore your beliefs about abundance. Remember that the reason you have a lack of abundance is that you have directed the law of attraction and reality to create that lack, through your belief system, emotions and imagination. So what do you believe about abundance? I promise you that you will have limiting beliefs about it and that those beliefs MUST change to create something new in your life. Start to write some lists about your ideas and you will soon see where your beliefs have limited your experience.
Abundance Strategy 5
Break down your behavior and patterns: one of the best ways to introduce new ideas is to shake up the old ones. So start doing some things differently, break up your patterns of thinking. If you eat at 7 every night, eat at 6. If you go to bed at 11, go to bed at 11.15: it does not matter what you do but you must BREAK your old thinking and that can be helped by breaking habits and patterns of thinking. Just do something different to the norm, it really does help!
There I have listed 5 brilliant law of attraction strategies that I know will help in creating abundance. Remember that you must have new beliefs to create new experiences and these 5 simple strategies have worked for me over the last decade or so to help break down the limiting ideas to make way for the new ideas that allow the law of attraction to get to work.
The law of attraction does work but it takes commitment and energy to master it so keep going and never give up your dreams.
To master the ability to create the life you want and understand your true nature is a personal and spiritual journey that is challenging so I would encourage you to get support and training.

Genie In A Bottle
May 9, 2010 on 11:59 am | In Store News | No CommentsIt is beginning to dawn on me that the only possible response to life is awe and wonder.
It is fascinating to consider how both quantum mechanics and mysticism point us back upon ourselves as the core of the ultimate reality, the root of
life, the ground of the universe, and the source of all sentience.
It is also fascinating to realize that our thoughts are potent and that the genie in a bottle is not some far away intelligence that listens to us if we
implore long enough but our own divine nature.
Amplify this to the nth dimension and what you have is a universe that is alive, a symphony of the three vibrational fields of energy, matter, and
intelligence. What’s more, this entire orchestration appears to be running spontaneously and effortlessly.
In this bundle of finely-coordinated matter we refer to as our bodies, we appear to be an aspect of that intelligence that coordinates all of it. We are
explorers of the quantum field expressed as a world.
Our job, as far as I can tell, is to create as we go along, not only to sustain our energy systems in the matrix of all possibilities, but also for its own
sake, because creative self-expression fills us with joy, whether it be through coordinating the patterns of information in art or science or through
something as sublime as an act of compassion.
Ironically, even our insistence on creating limitations, both collectively and individually, on who we are and what we can do, is an act of creativity, a
twist of the plot where our fear of our own power causes us to imprison our own splendor.
Glimpsing the infinite correlation that makes a person function in a world, an immense curiosity can compel one to deepen the exploration of inner
space.
This is known as the spiritual journey; but it only remains dynamic if one does not settle for any of the proffered answers. The moment the power of
inquiry settles upon an answer, one has settled for certainty where the wisdom of insecurity is the only true guide.
We can never know who we are or why we are here or what any of this is all about because we are dealing with infinite processes, a continuous
expansion of intelligence experiencing itself on escalating levels.
The most sensible response is to forget about Platonic absolutes and finite causality, believing that this river of life that is us has beginnings and
endings, final resolutions and satisfying summaries. Instead, we have to embrace the non-conceptual view that just as time can never be captured or
that space has no edge, so, too, we, these thinking fields of awareness in a thinking universe are unfolding stories without a final chapter.
This view does take courage, but when you think deeply about it, nothing could be more exhilarating.
And as the genie in the bottle that is emerging into an ever wider view of things, a sense of awe and wonder can be the only intelligent response to
the experience of living in a mystery that has no defined boundaries.
Divine Union: The Sacred Art of Relationship according to Estara
March 30, 2010 on 9:35 pm | In Store News | No CommentsBeing we are coming into the season of new beginnings, I thought we could look back in time to where all things might have started. I found this article that caught my attention and thought I would share it with you. Enjoy the read and have a wonderful spring time
A new awakening is taking place, a resurfacing of ancient truths, most poignantly embodied by the sacred union of Jesus and Mary Magdalene—a merging of divine feminine and divine masculine that religious dogma has enshrouded for centuries. They are the role models of a divine union relationship—a co-creative partnership of equality. The union of masculine and feminine polarities is fundamental in the quantum physics of creation. The Vesica Piscis is a sacred geometrical pattern that represents divine union. Its two identical, interlocking circles signify two polarities, the magnetic and electric, coming together to form a trinity. This geometry occurs when a planet is being born and when the first 2 cells of a human being form in the womb. The Vesica Piscis affirms that we need both the feminine and masculine in equal proportions for creation to occur and to keep all life in balance.
Mary Magdalene represents the divine feminine and Jesus represents the divine masculine. The lack of acknowledgment of Mary Magdalene and of the divinity of the feminine has created a state of imbalance that permeates all life. Feelings of inequality have set up boundaries between women and men. In order for sacred union to occur—individually and globally—the illusion of separation has to be healed. We must dissolve duality and clear our energy channels of judgments that create disconnection from the feminine principles—from the body and emotions—reclaim the sacredness of sexual and spiritual union and embrace a relationship of co-creation.
One of the foundations of my work as a sound and movement educator is balancing the feminine and masculine energy. Through breath, movement and sound techniques, I guide women and men to open and clear the physical, emotional and energetic bodies to re-connect with their bodies and with currents of creative energy. In my classes on Embodying the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, we explore the core energetic qualities of the feminine and masculine. Accessing and fusing these energies together can create the potential for a sensational experience in the body of an alchemical process of creation.
Reclaiming the Feminine and Embodying the Qualities of Venus
One of the key qualities of feminine energy is receptivity. When we think of receptivity, it seems to imply that we are receiving something from outside of us. However, the feminine quality of receptivity is actually about deeply receiving our self. Venus energy represents total receptivity of one’s sensuality—sensing our self on a deep emotional and physical level and actually merging our emotional energy field with our physical body’s energy field. Both of these are feminine in nature: body being the element of earth and form, and the emotional energy current running through the body being the element of water.
Women are receptive by nature and can easily relate to the energies of Venus. Men can improve the quality of their intimate relationships—and amplify the bliss they feel—by connecting with the Venusian side of their own nature. By opening their energy field through surrender and embodying the feminine principle of receptivity, they open their floodgates of ecstasy. Regardless of gender, increased sensuality comes from surrendering to our emotional senses while maintaining our connection with our bodies. When we can deeply receive our self, we experience our own subtle energies flowing through our body. This deep receptive state requires surrender, trust and total self-acceptance.
One key thing that makes the dance of union sacred is the love and acceptance of Self. We must have total acceptance of Self in order to surrender deeply and allow full freedom of expression to occur. Through loving and accepting our Self we open the door to ecstatic experience of our Self. This means total acceptance of the body, emotions, every aspect of our-self, and beyond that—acceptance of our divinity.
E-motional Body
The emotional body needs to be fully embraced. Since the second chakra deals with our e-motions and sexuality, these two are intimately linked together. Sexual energy is emotional and creative, adding juice to help manifest our desires. The feminine energy brings mastery of our emotions—a receptivity that allows us to feel the subtleties of our creative power. The emotional body, which has been suppressed and belittled, is the very thing we need for full mastery as conscious creators. Both men and women need to regain full connection with the emotional body in order for the ecstatic bliss of sacred union to be fully experienced and expressed through the whole body.
The achievement of full body orgasm, the ecstatic pulsation of spirit in human form, requires the release of all judgments about the physical body and its experiences. Soaring to the heights of sacred sexual union requires that we delve deeply into the sensory experience of our body and the emotional energy that moves inside of us. By being so connected with our physical body and the tangible experience of it while simultaneously surrendering to the e-motional body, we can allow the fluid energy of our e-motions to flow freely through us. Having unconditional acceptance of our emotions, the raw energy-in-motion, allows it to flow into the place of balance in the heart—where transformation occurs and we can access our pure creative potential.
Surrender & Presence
In order to experience a sacred unified field with a partner, one must first experience an inner alchemy, connecting with the internal qualities of feminine and masculine energy. Two important factors for bringing this experience into the body are Surrender and Presence—core energetics that must be experienced equally. Surrender being feminine energy and Presence being masculine energy, the equilibrium between them creates the place of pure potentiality—non-duality, void, a unified quantum field. The state of being truly present brings us into full sensory experience, and surrender prepares us to receive divine impulse. When these essential elements of an ecstatic and powerful Tantric union are in balance, a portal opens and we can really feel our energy flowing. There is a lightness of being and we feel as if we are being held – like we are receiving energy instead of expending it. We feel connected to our heart and our truth as we are suspended in effortless union.
Preparing for Sacred Union
By awakening the subtle flows within the body, the alchemical transformation and union begins. The combination of breath, movement, and harmonic frequencies tone up the inner energy channels. Connecting our breath with our body is vitally important. Shallow breathing and periods of unconsciously holding our breath scatters mental focus and allows emotional chaos to arise—suppressing emotional release. Shallow breathing is a pattern that reflects unprocessed emotional energy. And shallow breathing equals shallow orgasms.
The sensory experience of breath entering our body becomes an anchor that drops us out of our mind’s chatter and gets us into the body. Breath, movement and sound open the energy centers so there is more space for spirit to merge with our form. While breathing, moving, and sounding, we have the opportunity to be deeply receptive to our emotions. By using breath, sound and movement we can open and cleanse the energy centers and release emotions that block the potential for full creativity and sexual ecstasy.
Movement can be used to open up our vibrational field and release old energies. Movement creates space to allow more breath to come into our body. Movement can also be used consciously to stimulate sensory experience in the body. In my classes people are always amazed when they feel breath in places that they never felt before. Suddenly they feel a connection with their body, more energy flow and a deep sense of body spirit union.
Sound is a beautiful way to become grounded in the present while preparing for divine union. Sacred Sex is a vibrational connection. Like musical instruments, we are vibrating matter, and before we can even consider unifying with another—our two notes creating harmonic resonance together—we must first attune ourselves to our own vibration. As our energy channels open up, and we develop a sense of our unique tonal frequency, we awaken a deeper experience of creative—and sensual—potential.
I use special sound healing instruments in my classes and interactive ritual performances to bring listeners into harmonic resonance. Similar to sacred bells and chimes, these instruments deliver pure tonal frequencies. One of the frequency combinations is the Sacred Geometry of the Vesica Piscis—the musical ratio of divine union. By vocalizing with these frequencies, we can come into harmonic resonance with the divine union relationship. The voice can be a powerful tool, connecting us with our body and emotions. The sound of our voice and specific sound frequencies can stimulate the release of blocked energy and open the portals of the senses—helping to prepare us for vibrational union with our partner.
Relationship – The Alchemy of Divine Union
Once we have connected with our body, opened up the subtle energy flow and brought the internal energies of the feminine and masculine into equilibrium, we are ready to connect with another. When we are both in our essence, in union with ourselves, we can become conscious of the alchemy of the relationship that is being created between us. Within the sacred relationship, we are two beings enjoined and vibrating in harmony. Breathing in sync, heartbeats in rhythm, we create a third field of energy, the trinity of the Vesica Piscis. This is the alchemy called relationship.
The sacred relationship is a place where our frequencies merge and all aspects of separation are lost. The thing we have in common is the new relationship that has arisen. So we sit in this unified field together—two empty vessels—and allow the subtle energy flows of this union to surround, engulf, and flow through us. We watch it unfold, its uniqueness the flowering of a subtle alchemy between two people without expectation. When you don’t need the experience to be anything predetermined, you allow the highest force of the universe to flow through. There is no separation, no ego that needs identity—just pure cosmic flow.
This presents a pathway to enlightenment—a vibrational experience that opens the energy field to divine love, divine light, divine oneness and creation. Mary Magdalene and Jesus were models of divine union, the expression of spirit in human form. Reintegrating the Divine Feminine completes the circuit of energy essential for divine union. This is why Mary Magdalene is such a crucial aspect – because of the divine feminine role she played with Jesus. The two energies were needed to access higher dimensional realms.
Our body is the sacred doorway to ecstatic union with the Divine. Through a union based on purpose and intention, aligned in our hearts, we open ourselves to a higher directive. The feminine principle is our connection to embody spirit in form. Once the temple of the body has been fully reclaimed—through self-acceptance, total surrender and full presence—the Divine Union of the feminine and masculine opens a channel for pure bliss.

Chinese Astrology Compatibility
February 15, 2010 on 12:57 pm | In Store News | No CommentsHi Everyone,
. With the new year approaching, it means new and wonderful things can take place and with the right tools and attitude, who knows what can happen :-). I am a strong believer in Astrology and as I was wracking my brain cells, I came across this article about compatibility among the signs
There is a belief amongst the Chinese community that those who are born four years apart are more compatible than those who are born six year apart. Do you know why?
In the 12 Animals Zodiac system of astrology, our character is influenced by our year of birth. For example those born in the year of the rat are intelligence but suspicious while those born in the year of the horse are generous and loves freedom. And those who are born in the year of the dog are as you may already guess, loyal. Based on our year of birth we are imbued with certain characteristics that make us more of less compatible with each other.
According to the ancient Chinese, the Monkey, Rat and Dragon form a compatible set. They have characteristics that make them more compatible with each other. The other compatible sets are the Snake, Rooster and Ox, the Pig, Rabbit and Goat and the Tiger, Horse and Dog. If you check the year of birth you will notice that they are four years apart. For example those born in 1964 are Rats, 1968 are Dragons and 1972 are Monkeys!
In addition to the above combinations, the other compatible combinations are between the Rat and Ox, Pig and Tiger, Dog and Rabbit, Rooster and Dragon, Monkey and Snake and between the Goat and Horse.
The Rat on the other hand is supposedly less compatible than the Horse. They form an incompatible set. The other incompatible sets are between Ox and Goat, Tiger and Monkey, Rabbit and Rooster, Dragon and Dog and between the Snake and Pig. If you check the year of birth you will notice that they are six year apart!
The Chinese astrology compatibility tools that you find on the Internet are largely based on the above mentioned principles of combination and clash. Most will also include more combinations and clashes that I have not mentioned above but I hope you are getting the idea.
What if you and your spouse form an incompatible set? Do not panic. Did you notice that I used the word ’supposedly’ many times? In practice our character is also heavily influenced by the month, day and hour of birth which is not taken into consideration in the above examples. Therefore it is entirely possible for a Rat person to display characteristics of other animals!
In my practice, I have seen many supposedly incompatible sets of husbands and wives. They are still together after many years of marriage and some of them quite happily! Perhaps love plays a part too!

Here A Spell..There A Spell…That’s Magic
November 8, 2009 on 12:52 pm | In Store News | No CommentsA spell is by definition an act that has its roots in paranormal or magical grounds and affects reality using liturgical or ritual means. Spells differ in two important ways, when they are meant to see into the future they are called augury or divination but when their purpose is to put someone in control they are called incantations or enchantments. From ancient times spells have been a major component of Pagan religions and can still be found today in some; however Islam and Christianity strictly forbid these practices.
Magic spells originated in the Neolithic period when magic was a common belief and has been around for thousands of years practiced in acceptance and in clandestine locations. Magic is viewed as taboo by many countries and people and practitioners have been persecuted especially in Christian areas and in some past era’s .Fortunately nowadays, magic is protected by the freedom of belief act which is active in most of the countries in the world.
Spells have various forms and compositions but the most common one is:
-Preparation-In this stage all the needed elements are gathered in one place, fasting and pray are done and the whole procession is planned.
-Overture-This creates a magical environment suitable for the magic act that follows and reinforces the belief amongst participants.
-Invocation-This is where the wizard invokes supernatural forces to aid him in completing the ritual and giving it superior strength
-Execution-This is the stage in which all acts that are required to perform a successful spell are completed
-Sacrifice-This step includes the ritual killing of some form of animal to please the gods.
-Closure-This is the last part of the spell that finishes the magical act and shuts off the magical environment created earlier.
There are 2 types of magic, if the means or the goal of the spell is deemed illegal or immoral then the spell is called black, but if the spell is done using regular, legal and moral ways then it is considered white.
Magical rituals and instruments include the usage of magical wands, magical words that are said during rituals, magical circles and the use of sigils and symbols.
Spells where originally created by humans to explain what science did not explain until that point, and so things that could not be explained by normal means where deemed magical. Magic spells where used throughout the ages to bring back loved ones, call for rain, call for sun, curse an opponent and many other uses.
Magic spells and the use of magic has been widely viewed as taboo in the middle ages and even now, and practitioners where persecuted and killed for their use of magical spells, but the formulas and art has survived until this day.
